'Spirit Heals' Integrative Medicine Conference, May 29–31 2009, University of Victoria — Lyle will co-present a workshop with Colleen Steel RN from St. Paul's Hospital called African Drumming and Spirituality — the Emergence of Spirit in the Daily Rhythms of Life
This presentation interweaves the experiential power of African Drumming with an engaging discussion on addressing spirituality in the health care setting. Our discussion will focus on some of the qualities of spirituality such as contribution, connection, creativity, and surrender, as well as exploring the relationship between health care provider and client.
